Day One of Divine Consign
Opening day of Divine Consign was accompanied by a freak (normal for here) snowstorm in Marquette. At least 2 feet of snow fell on the hopes of the three furniture jockeys; Carol, Linda and Chris. But in spite of the inclement weather, customers are coming in as we speak (Noon/Saturday) and the Head Sow reports "We made $15.00 already!". The store looks really nice and some of the furniture is pretty darn good if I say so myself. Still working out the bugs in terms of volunteers. They are needed for hauling furniture and they need to be organized. But in spite of that, I believe success is highly probable, especially in these uncertain economic times. The closer this idea has come to reality, the more viable it seems. I'd like to post pictures of the store to this blog. Is that possible, Chas?

This IS possible! Click the icon that looks like a picture of a landscape at the top of the compose window when you're making your post. It will give you some instructions. Large files will take forever to upload so try to avoid those. I've posted a little example.
